I won't be able to make the call, but from my pov I don't think we should compromise on the spec to support HASCODE/Other types of checks to know whether something is an eoa or not. There is no real reason to differentiate between EOAs and Contracts imo, especially now with 7702

@MariusVanDerWijden We discussed this quite a bit in the call (https://youtu.be/FLtlemN2W8w?t=715). It's not clear in what way having HASCODE is compromising on the spec. It'd be great to hear more from your take on this.
