Docs: deploy.rst is very out of date #389

What was wrong?

I tried following the docs for deployment here and in particular I get an error for trying to use the get_contract_factory() method of the Chain class:

    Token = chain.get_contract_factory('Token')                               
AttributeError: 'TestnetChain' object has no attribute 'get_contract_factory'

I'm trying to find the right method to use from trawling the code, but in the mean time let this serve as a placeholder that the deployment doc is very out of date

@fubuloubu Did you find the "fix" for the above error ? At least part of the documentation can be improved if you have.

I have no idea what context this was in, but I was probably working on setting up some sort of testing tool at the time. You can probably close this.

Can we chat about testing integration with populus some time?
