Update content key tests vectors with new prefixes

Test vectors were not changed after https://github.com/ethereum/portal-network-specs/commit/72327da43c7a199ba2735344ef98f9121aef2f68

While we should eventually move all to the test vector repo, lets keep these up to date until then
