Minor Naming Fixes #1

Fixes namings of both lighthouse and prysm testnet folders.

so this is intentional and I just added a "getting started" section to the README that might clarify

The prysm_config.yaml is the specific format of the yaml config file necessary to run the prysm client with a custom config The lighthouse-testnet dir is the specific directory format and files necessary to run the lighthouse client with a custom config
