I've done multiple get checkout commands in a git repo opened in Remix, and then noticed that the list of files does not match the list of files in the filesystem.
I first checkout to an older version of the git repo, and then moved to several newer versions, until I moved back to the "main" branch.
To sync the list of files I had to switch to a different workspace, and then switch back to "localhost".

Remix: Version 1.3.4 (1.3.4.825)
