Im still facing the same issue while I do allow Apps downloaded from App Store and identified developers but can't open the app.

اگر نرم افزار geth درحال اجرا هست /قفل اکانت ان را داخل ترمینال کامند باز کنید.

تمام برنامه های درحال اجرا را ببندید و بعد ریمیکس را باز کنید.

Try this:

When the window saying "...cannot be open..." appears, go to Settings. Also, click on "Cancel" button.

And then go to "Privacy & Security", you'll see that an option appeared saying "'Remix IDE.app' was blocked from use...". Just click on "Open Anyway"; all done.
