remix-plugin not available anymore in unpkg #256

https://unpkg.com/@remixproject/plugin returns cannot find "/src\index.js" in @remixproject/plugin@0.3.0 That seems to break the flattener plugin

Yes we discussed that when I changed the library names. @remixproject/plugin doesn't support webview anymore, you need to use @remixproject/plugin-webview. In any case the library doesn't support unpkg anymore because it creates versions issues by upgrading automatically to the latest version.
