remove flattener and sol2uml plugin #341

These plugins will be built-in in Remix after https://github.com/ethereum/remix-project/pull/3245 is merged.

This PR should only be merged after v0.30.0 is released.

@Aniket-Engg why was Flattener removed? It was a very useful plugin in my opinion to verify contracts.

@schmidsi It is no more a separate plugin but integrated in File explorer itself. Just right click on file name and select Flatten
