add dapp-draft profile #375

I think I should keep dapp-draft external for now, so that your team wouldn't need to review the code, and I can publish this plugin as soon as possible. @ryestew @yann300

@yann300 no it's in another repo -- https://github.com/drafish/remix-dapp

I call it dapp template, and I think one template may not be enough for everyone. Other front-end developers can fork the template repo, and develop a new one, if they have some special ideas.

In further iterations of dapp-draft, users will be able to choose their favorite dapp template to deploy their dapp.
