Simplify Solidity LLLC build #184

Cut the repo https://github.com/winsvega/solidity.git to have only whats required to use lllc

@winsvega despite being forked from Solidity, you could rename the repository to https://github.com/winsvega/lllc for example to remove confusion (referring to the readme).
