Currently there are only tests for handlers and a test to check if contract abi and byte code are correct.
The modules I listed in requirements.txt and requirements-dev.txt might not be enough or maybe some of them are not necessary, depends on how we want developers from other clients to use it. My guessing is that they only need the SMC contract?
