Fixes the positioning of components within the /upload-deposit-data and /connect-wallet steps

Removes the absolute positioning being used on the WalletConnectedContainer component which was causing this to sit on top of the ButtonRow at certain screen sizes.
Adjusts some condition logic to hide/show needed components based on whether a wallet is connected or not
