Filemanager now prompts for a valid Swarm hash

The filemanager example now prompts for a valid Swarm hash, which means new users won't be confused when they see a blank screen.

Additional changes:

Added a button to topleft nav which allows user to change the hash being browsed whenever they want.
Added node.js script to startup a proxy script (with README instructions) to allow for browsing swarm data without uploading filemanager into swarm. This proxy mode is essential for developing the filemanager itself.
