Remove previousHash from tests Remove bc fields from state tests (withdrawalsRoot, beaconRoot, parentBlob*) Rename Merge to Paris to align with pyspecs https://github.com/ethereum/execution-spec-tests/pull/363

temporary remove old pyspec vectors to be replaced by new
