ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'eth_utils.toolz' #1101

What was wrong?

getting this exception raised on import web3 Please include any of the following that are applicable:

Looks like we need to update our minimum eth-utils version: https://github.com/ethereum/web3.py/issues/1102

You can fix this locally by doing pip install "eth-utils>=1.2.0"
