Update Wiki to change from Parity to OpenEthereum #768

In the Clients, tools, dapp browsers, wallets and other projects page, we see Parity Ethereum listed as a third party implementation. However, as the link attached to the text on the wiki states: "Parity Ethereum is now OpenEthereum".

Thus it seems an update is required. The new home for OpenEthereum (formerly Parity Ethereum) is openethereum.github.io.

The wiki has moved to eth.wiki - my bad, didn't see.
