Not sure if the description needs to be updated to reflect this centralization transition period: "Nyke Finance will begin with centralized control of the key decisions in the protocol (e.g., interest rates, collateralization ratio, token allocation, etc.) Such decisions will be made by the Nyke team, in consultation with the community. Over time, Nyke aims to transition the governance process fully to community and stakeholders."
Thanks for raising this @chris-mercer.
As it would be technically challenging and don't have resources to to validate the marketing claims of all the apps, we've intentionally avoided this, opting to use clear disclaimers explaining it's user-submitted content.
The disclaimers mean that people know they should be doing their own research for caveats like this.

App Description
Nyke Finance is a decentralized, non-custodial, algorithmic-based money market protocol that allows users to participate as liquidity suppliers or borrowers. Suppliers provide liquidity to the market to earn a passive income, while borrowers are able to borrow liquidity in an over-collateralized fashion. Nyke's protocol design and architecture references Compound V2, a proven and audited protocol.
