@chris-mercer @DonaldMcIntyre just FYI, this appears to maybe be an AI bot that is farming for contributor status, perhaps related to programs such as https://joel.net/how-one-guy-ruined-hacktoberfest2020-drama.

While no harm done, and it seems that it was marginally useful, let's be wary of such PRs in future, as I'm not sure we want to be inundated with such minor PRs from automated bots.

Additionally, we might want to avoid the editing of historical posts like the 2016-11-01-newsletter/index.md to preserve imperfections.
