Unable to execute contract with FeeMarketEIP1559Transaction

Hi, I've tried to follow the guide FeeMarketEIP1559Transaction contract execution from nodeJS in order to execute a contract that I've put on Ropsten network. I can execute the contract no problem directly on etherscan or through mycrypto.com.

Results in getting txHash (can't be found on etherscan), and after some time I get: UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Error: Transaction was not mined within 750 seconds, please make sure your transaction was properly sent. Be aware that it might still be mined!

I really spent a lot of time trying to find what's going on, without luck unfortunately and it drives me crazy. I'd be grateful for any help

everything seems fine to me on first glance, you are setting high fee prices as well so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be mined. what if you tried bumping the max priority tip from 2gwei to 5 or 10gwei, maybe you were sending during a period of high activity?

usually if something is wrong the RPC endpoint will give you feedback.

i assume you tried a few other ropsten RPC endpoints with the same result, the ones commented out in your code? sometimes one could not be propagating txs successfully

Hi, first of all - thanks for the answer. Tried to set the max tip to 10, it's the same.

Exactly I tried actually 2 endpoints moralis.io and Infura, the last one is paid and I already paid for mainnet and would have to pay again for ropsten :/. Kinda hard to believe that both wouldn't work altough I'm new to ethereum development so I don't know.

Oh I see, your nonce is too high :) If this is the address you are trying to send from, I only see 2 outgoing transactions, so the nonce should be 2

You're correct that's the address, however changing nonce to 2 didn't help :(. I even created a fresh address and set nonce to 0 but no luck - same behaviour :/

I noticed a typo here chainId: web3.utls.toHex(3)

can you do signedTx.toJSON() and share the output? we can see if the fields all look correct

Ok, got update! Probably it was nonce indeed (removed chainId too). Today I've checked my calls from yesterday and surprisingly they were all sent. It kinda weird, because yesterday I've checked like 10 times within 10 minutes and nothing was there, maybe network hiccups or something - no idea. I've sent some more calls today and they were sent too !
