Fixes https://github.com/ethereumjs/ethereumjs-tx/issues/108 by partly reverting the introduced signature handling changes in Fake transaction hash creation.

Coverage remained the same at 98.78% when pulling 0bd25a1143f4a828dc49cc8bf2a614e143f1ac20 on revert-pr-94 into 2aa7e54d18de6ee1eaed61776bb58098641b4a37 on master.
