Rewrite Organizational Documentation #66

Ok, this should hopefully do it on a first round, especially the technical section should be a lot more practically usable now, I really cut through the woods and rewritten all over the place. I also updated all other parts appropriately so that the whole documentation gets into a consistent and for the most part up-to-date state again.

This is nevertheless just a start, but I hope we can use this as a reference point for future discussions again as well as noting down the results, also that this gets useful for the community members again who want to contribute on the libraries.
