See discussion in #48. Currently there are duplicates of EIPs in our ECIPs repository. Pointing them directly to the EIPs repo would make both our community and Ethereum devs' life much easier.
We also have ECIP-1015 currently in our repository. This seems to be the same as EIP-150 (which go-ethereum and parity's implementation confirms that). As I result, I suggest we only keep it in as archive but do not link it in the README file.
I also suggest PRs of new ECIPs to add a new link to it from the README file.
