Script the generation of the website. To begin with it probably won't be pretty but this issue deals with the construction of that pipeline.

pelican is in as a requirement right now, but not married to that.

Output should go in the docs folder for now. Github Pages is set up to serve the site from there. May change in the future too.

Would also like to use as much Python as possible. 😀
