Really two work items here:

Does this repo need Pelican in it?
- Or would these assets "compile" into more Markdown to go in the parent repo?
- Or something else, me being totally off my rocker here?
If yes to the first bullet above then implement that

Whoops - accidentally committed most of this under issue #3

Got it confused with another project I am working on. See that issue.

Ended up not using Pelican. "Compiled" Markdown to HTML with less overhead.
