Refocus on Ethereum #4

Since the inception of this project I've honed in on Ethereum security, even more specifically Solidity audits.

The focus of this should hone in accordingly.

Possibly also - consider a rebrand like "ethsecurity.xyz" or "ethsec.io".

Renaming gingeleski/eth-security-course but will eventually move into my open organization and rename like ethereumsec/course.
