How to test this wallet please #16

Hi I am trying to set up a test account with some test eth to try the payment method and how to get the balance of the account. Can you please give me some guideline on how to do it?

I have my address and account on ropsten test net and has 2ETH. Also 3TH in Rinkeby test net. But the wallet is not getting the balance. Trying to create a new account in https://ethers.io/#!/app-link/0x9fe26cb7161049fadc2520de8777ac25b90020c1.ethers.space/. Not working
