Re-design and re-develop ethersjs website and brand resources #34

Hello, @ricmoo

I'm a Builder from LXDAO, this is my account for DAO. My original github account is https://github.com/0xYootou.

Now I want to start a project, using the power of LXDAO's developers and designers to do something for the ethersjs library, and bring together some builders to work on this project.

This is a vote on snapshot (to get support from LXDAO builders): Snapshot Link

There are many things we would like to do with ethersjs, including improving the website, documentation, and content. But we want to start with redesigning and redeveloping our brand and website, and then improve others.

We designed some upcoming brand design resources, like this:

There are 9 more design cards in here: Figma link (anyone can comment on the Figma document)

And we redesign the website, some content in the website is not finalized, we can talk about this later in a meeting or on Figma:

As soon as the design is confirmed, we will begin developing. Such pages are usually developed with Nextjs, and we can also discuss the technology stack.
