Make a tor hidden service for ethersheet.org #13

You shouldn't be doing this, someone else should bring this up if they want it. Just document "HOW" to do it.

The documentation for how to set up ethersheet is already there and the docs for tor hidden services are also already covered. I agree that it probably makes no sense for me to do this, but I think it would be great if someone did! If anyone does need help setting this up I'm happy to provide it.
