if in ultralight node, swarm-cli reports incorrect error #444

the problem is no access to rpc (i.e. swap-enable is false)

sig@sig-nsa-01:~$ swarm-cli balance
ERROR Bee responded with HTTP 404 (Not Found).

There may be additional information in the Bee logs.
