navbar-brand extra space fix #6

navbar-brand occupies extra space, it floads out creating an extra unneeded drag bag on the right. Also global margin prevents the image from sticking to the left border when the browser window is shrunk.

don't merge it, I made a mess with rebase becuase I did it quick
