use bzzaccounts as publishers in global pinning #2198

The tests run during phase 3 of Global Pinning have shown that we can (and should) directly use bzzaccount values as publishers for recovery feeds.

This simplifies the process of querying a feed based on a given publisher, which presented some issues related to public key decompression.
