Create mathematical models for Swap accounting #938

Swap will be a very integral and pivotal part of the whole swarm ecosystem.

Some of the possible DDoS attacks may be mitigated by requiring an investment or a stake.

Mathematical models of how this economic part of the swap accounting may behave could be beneficial. Ultimately the models will have to be refined on simulations and test networks.
