[BOUNTY] Create page for ZK Rollups #415

We need an educational/informational page created for ZK Rollups. It should be placed under https://docs.ethhub.io/ethereum-roadmap/layer-2-scaling/ as a new page called 'zk-rollups'.

This page should include: -An explanation of what ZK Rollups are -How they can be used -Example dapps (ideas or live) -Pros and Cons -Resource links -Anything else you can think of

You can use https://docs.ethhub.io/ethereum-roadmap/layer-2-scaling/optimistic_rollups/ as a guide for what the content should look like.

Hello, I'm a new contributor to Gitcoin, an avid documentation ninja, with previous technical writing experience in the semiconductor industry. I have a lot of experience in translating high level concepts to broader audiences. I have familiarized myself with the ethhub docs including the docs template, and have familiarized myself with ZK versus Optimistic Rollups. I will spend more time doing research to produce material that is highly relevant to ZK Rollups and how they can be understood in terms of layer 2 migration. I will be sure to include a variety of good references for further study, should the reader wish to pursue. No longer than one week to turn around this task. I will gladly make any edits or changes that feedback might dictate very quickly once work is submitted.
