[BOUNTY] Eth2 Client Architecture #418

We need a page outlining the eth2 client architecture under the Ethereum 2.0 section. This page here is a really good guide for the content although it may be outdated.

This page should include: -explanation of what eth2 client architecture looks like -differences in validator clients and beacon nodes -What does a validator client actually do (hardware req is a bonus) -How will a staker use a validator client -What does a beacon node do (hardware req is a bonus) -do validators need to also run beacon nodes? -how do they network -API

Anything else you find relevant to this topic would be nice.

I'd love to do this write-up. I'm working on contributions to the nimbus client so have some familiarity with Eth2 architecture and overview and have done previous technical documentation in other contexts. Will use the linked notes as a reference in building out the page.

@econoar Sorry for the delay in getting something submitted. I've got a working draft locally and hope to submit a first draft for review in the next day or two. Real life has just gotten in the way.
