I've done some major rework of exactly this: support for 10/12 bit, and in-camera (or mlv_dump-created) LJPEG92 lossless compression. See https://bitbucket.org/hwdbk/mlrawviewer/commits/all Now, how to bring this all to a single code base, is a challenge...
Thanks @hwdbk I have made this branch for my personal requirements but I think that it should all be merged upstream to the main project : https://bitbucket.org/baldand/mlrawviewer/
Hi François,
Yes, I know and I would have loved to, but the baldand repository is closed and I couldn’t create a pull request for it…..

MlRawViewer can preview dng files. So, by opening a dng file from let's say mlvfs you will bypass all lossless/10/12bit problems. Nevertheless, it would be cool to open these .mlv's directly.
