that is important functionality (and would make it much easier to dummy up data) I am having a hard time figuring out how to get a good set of example data together (with multiple contacts each with a duration)

Not at the moment. If you just get the rest of the data story put together, I can manage that stuff on the backend. Of course, this can be added post-presentation, but I want to be cautious about making significant changes this close to demoing it.
