What do you need these funds for?

The PoWFaucet is currently one of big sepolia faucets that drops a meaningful amount of funds for contract development and testing. To achieve that and make farming harder at the same time, it uses a combination of multiple protection methods:

Proof of work based limitation of fund outflow (limited to 8k SepETH/day)
Gitcoin Passport requirement (with low score)
IP Based limitation (1 active session per IP & recurrence limitations)

The faucet uses a programmatic claim approach, a daily grant with a limit slightly higher than the configured outflow is therefore preferred.
