Idea for EPM hackathon #7

This arose from a conversation in the Gitter channel and I think it's worth giving serious consideration.

Lets all travel to the same place for a week to develop the MVP version of this spec. Being co-located is powerful and I believe that if we focus heavily on creating an MVP, we should be able to end the week with something very close to an MVP specification and Proof of concept implementations for our various development frameworks.

This is probably eligible for a dev grant to help pay for individual expenses. I think we would need to have a clear plan in mind and good idea of who will be coming to apply for this.

So, if you like this idea reply with:

  1. Your availability for this sort of thing and opinion on when it should be?
  2. Want to fly to boulder? Should it be somewhere else?
  3. Anything else you want to add/change/etc

I have to be in Germany until the Nov 11th so I'd prefer something after the 11th. If its possible, over a weekend. It would also be great to have the hackaton near an international airport, since I'd need ~20 - 25h to travel to Boulder CO

The Denver airport isn't near much of anything. It costs $5 to take the bus from the airport into boulder. I think taking a lyft or uber runs about $30. I could also potentially be convinced to pick someone up
