Change show pid to identify #120

What was wrong?

Implement Identify in #108

How was it fixed?

Change ShowPID RPC call to Identify which returns PID of the node and also its multi-addresses it's listening on. Example:

Qmd8vXqRiFVkcXcB1nigjCDuUyHcFkja6fQcU9w2zMzwwi [/ip4/127.0.0.1/tcp/10000]
