What is wrong?

When 100 of peers are deployed for testing, the next questions to ask are:

How these 100 peers are connected?
How to do this automatically?

How can it be fixed?

We can define bootstrapping nodes and let peers do the discovery.
We can also define a topology map in json or yaml with a Python script. The output of the map should be a list of connection pairs look like this:
```
184.73.8.140:30399 34.201.102.138:30403
184.73.8.140:30402 54.235.1.209:30410
...
```
And then iterating the list to build all the connections.
