Allow the protocol participants to send "gifts". emojis could be used as a symbol of appreciation within the ethscriptions protocol, similar to the 🍖 and $degen are being used within the Farcaster protocol. Study /lp /degen.

Interesting! Users can already send ethscriptions to one another and those could be emoji. Is that what you mean? Formalizing that?

I propose utilizing contract events to signal reactions that then can serve as a form of retribution. On the Farcaster protocol, subprotocols are being created using user comments. For instance, '🍖 x 100' denotes giving 100 of my 🍖 allowance, while '420 $degen' offers 420 tokens of my daily $degen allowance. there is a curve on the way allowance works that makes it really attractive. These meta-point systems are community-driven and fostered by user interactions.

Ethscriptions could standardize basic functionality, enabling users and marketplaces to establish onchain reward systems.

I've done such protocol on top of Ethscriptions. It's called Likes For Ethscriptions. Gotta update the indexer tho.

Could be a good idea to revive especially now with Blob transactions.. ppff, perfect for that kind of thing, we won't need to store the "likes" and stats for more than 18 days, incentivizing engagement and activity.

I've worked on some social stuff and blogging too so. There are a lot of shit but i physically can't handle everything ;d
