  1. The implementation method of storage-contracts-v1 contract upgrade has been changed from automatic SDK upgrade to self-deployment of contracts.
  2. Merge erc5018 and blob in evm-large-storage into one contract.
  3. Encapsulate the ethstorage-sdk tool to implement blob upload and download functions.
  4. Add new cli tool to quickly upload blobs.
