Classify is failing with sales-demo-poc #4067

Bug Description

classify is failing with the sales demo poc

Steps to Reproduce

  1. build the sales POC with the latest pre release version. ethyca/fidesplus:2.19.2rc1-slim
  2. log in and click data map
  3. click add a system
  4. click data flow scanner
  5. when the scan is complete uncheck all option and select only fides-scanner-demo
  6. click register selected system
  7. click continue

Expected behavior

classify should complete on the selected system currently it fails

closing, classifier was removed from the slim build

changes made to make this available for release testing
