Adding node that republishes pressure height as PointStamped message #54

as a temporary solution until the proper patch in outstanding PR feature/remove_mav_imu_message can be properly tested and merged.

I'm not sure whether this should go into master, as it's only temporary (the permanent solution should be https://github.com/ethz-asl/asctec_mav_framework/pull/50), but it lgtm.
