I have read paper https://xiaoxingchen.github.io/2020/03/02/bspline_in_so3/general_matrix_representation_for_bsplines.pdf, but I found what you archieved isnt same as paper, please provide detail for me, thank you

I don't understand your question or request (?) at all.

Please re-phrase this as an actual issue with the code provided here. But note already, that this is quite old and barely maintained. Clearly not by the original author (of that particular file).

If you have a scientific question to one of the authors of this code, please try to reach out via email or similar. Gitlab issues are not the place for this kind of exchange IMO.
