changed pc to original(dense) pc #109

Made sure to publish distance information for the original pointcloud and not the downsampled one

@hermannsblum @gawela I just noticed a big bug i fixed in 8fd34c7

I did not initialize the "publish_distance" parameter correctly, thus the parameter was set randomly, for each run probably leading to massive slowdown in the mapper algorithm. Sorry for that!

I think this should be merged ASAP which is why i mentioned you.
