• [x] Finish Delaunay2d and 3D mesher (Michael)
• [ ] Adapt all point cloud filters from meshpercept (Michael)
• [ ] Move planning and bijective-facet-index from meshpercept to here. (Michael)
• [x] Add visualizer for non-probabilistic message- try to make it generic(Michael)
• [x] Add localization node (Abel, Michael can help too)
• [ ] Check consistency of naming etc in a few weeks (all)
• [x] Integrate MeshModel class (Hermann)
