[x] Clean up configs and launch files
[x] Include function sim_lidar_at in simulate_lidar in sim_lidar_node.cpp
[x] Adapt tests of plane extraction using rostest
[x] Change input std::vector to matrix of accumulators
[x] Store plane parameters into eigen::vector

As soon as everything is done I will make a new PR considering this points.
