[cpt_matching_algorithms] PR Up to Plane Matching #85

Hi :) I have added a new node, which allows to automatically create a yaml file describing the planes (centroids, normals and boundaries (yet only for planes with normals in x, y or z direction)) in the mesh. To create a new file just set create_new_map_file to true or set it to false to start the normal behavior of test_matcher.
