Here is the PR for Plane Matching, which includes the PRRUS algorithm. I made some modifications to it, so that it should now also work in maps with slanted planes (but not tested yet).
For the GoICP I made some corrections. Although I use the recommended parameters, I do not yet achieve the described correctness and runtimes of the paper. I will have a closer look at this again.
